I am a small company just starting out.My companys goal is to make the customers happy, I contract out pretty much anything you need done, and if I can't then I can set it up to where it gets done.Basically anything you need done I can cordinate it to be done or do it, and none of my jobs are complete until the customer is satisfied to the extent of my powers.Meaning not everything can be perfect, but my goal is to do great work and great work makes a great name for me and my company.
